Prior to joining Stadia Capital, Scott spent 8 years at Pindan Capital Ltd growing its funds management group where he held the position of Executive Director and General Manager. Scott was instrumental in growing the platform from a Western Australia base to becoming a national funds management group with institutional partners like Hostplus, ISPT, AV Jennings, Roxy Pacific and Starwood Capital Group.

Scott’s roles and responsibilities at Pindan Capital included – Key person on a retail AFSL, Site acquisition, Capital Raising, Investment Committee, Finance, Asset Management, Asset disposal and Executive Director.

Scott has previously worked at CBRE in various roles in Sales, Leasing and Facilities Management in the Sydney and Perth offices.

Before making a name for himself in the property funds management industry, Scott Staniforth spent 13 years as a professional rugby player, competing in the 1999 Rugby World Cup winning side, as well as 12 appearances for the Wallabies and 104 Super Games.

Whilst maintaining a strong association with rugby through local coaching and the Rugby WA board, Scott’s determination and focus is now firmly placed in property, having obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Property Economics (Western Sydney).

Jason is a well-known leader in the Australian commercial real estate industry having worked in the sector since 1992. He has a track record of success in the investment life cycle from origination through to asset management and divestment.

He has developed a skill set that expands the entire capital stack through debt, equity and joint venture participation. Jason has led teams through cycles and business transformations as Managing Director of GE Capital Real Estate Australia, New Zealand & South East Asia since December 2007.

As Managing Director and in his previous role as Investment Director at GE Capital Real Estate, he has been responsible for the origination and management of over $5 billion in equity and debt assets across well over 100 transactions, largely sourced off market across the Asia Pacific region. He has been the driver and leader of the Australian GE team as it grew into one of the most active and respected total return equity owners of property in Australia. Following this, he led the transformation of the business into the largest high leverage financier in Australia in only a two-year time frame.

Since then Jason has held roles as Global Head of Acquisitions for RF Capital and Managing Director of Savills Victoria.

Chris Khoo

Chief Operating Officer

Chris is a commercial minded, solution-oriented COO with over 25 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate investment, asset management and banking / finance in Australia and New Zealand and South East Asia.

Prior to joining Stadia, Chris was Head of Australia and New Zealand for Peakstone, a privately owned real estate investment and development company. In this role, Chris was responsible for managing a business with a $1.5B portfolio of office investments and residential & commercial development projects across Australia and New Zealand.

As Head of Risk Management (South East Asia) for GE Capital Real Estate (2003-15), Chris was responsible for transaction underwriting, credit risk, legal and compliance. In his time at GE, Chris was responsible for closing over $5B in transactions (including underwriting, valuation, due diligence and document negotiation).

Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).

Rory Macintyre

Rory has 25 years of Funds management distribution experience. Over that time, his major focus has been ensuring that his clients have access to best in class products, appropriate for their needs.

Most recently Rory was a partner in Winston Capital Partners. Prior to that, Rory ran his own Distribution consulting business RMFS and also spent 16 years at Perpetual investments. During that time, he had a number of senior Distribution and leadership based roles, both in Australia and overseas. Rory has a BA (Hons) Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin and a post-grad in Finance and Investment.

Liz Braithwaite

Head of Leasing

Liz has been a career leasing agent that understands the dynamics of leasing, leasing strategies and tenant drivers. She has a deep network of industry contacts across agency, tenant representatives and owners.

Having held several roles within commercial agency businesses, most recently with global property services company, Savills Australia, Liz is responsible for serving the needs of our tenants accommodation requirements. Liz’s focus will be to drive leasing and renewals through building strong relationships with the objective to maximise the tenant experience and income within Stadia’s portfolio. Further Liz is responsible for implementing the leasing initiatives of Stadia Capital, formulating go to market strategies for available space and maintaining Stadia Capital’s leasing intelligence across the various markets.
